Someone who tries to dim your light lives in their own darkness.

A candle that lights another candle does not lose its brightness.

Assessing your own candle strength can be a catalyst

Pointing you to self-care so you can shine in bright abundance.

When your light is dim, what offers a spark?

When your light is bright, you can light up the dark.

A mirror reflects this bright light you have kept hidden,

Shining in your own darkness, revealing buried pain.

The dark night of the soul is an invitation

To explore your own masks and chains.

Breaking free from societal conditioning

And choosing to heal is deeply revealing.

How have you allowed others’ narratives to dim your light?

What would happen if you believed in yourself in the darkness of night?

What new story would appear to shine a new inner song

Filled with faith, values, and a truth that you belong?

Shining brightly with inner trust and wisdom

Helps you explore a whole new vision

Emanating from within your soul

Just waiting to shine as if it were gold.

The war within and without

Can leave a soul in tenuous doubt,

And yet the light within burns

With a paradoxical salve to heal buried wounds,

Pulling you into the light of unconditional love

Residing in a space no one else can touch.

Allowing yourself to be vulnerable and real,

Love and mercy are the medicines that help you heal.

Shine brightly when you can,

Turn inward when life gets dim.

Remember you always have a spark

Of love within that lights up the dark.
